Estatuto de Melilla

Commemorates the 1995 Statute of Autonomy of Melilla. It is a public holiday only in years in which it is included in the published labour calendar. Inclusion and substitute days follow the official annual calendar. Some listed holidays require compensating work; recovery of hours depends on the applicable rules and the employer’s calendar.
